Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Keen Health website and related services operated by Keen Health LLC ("Keen Health", "we", "us"). By using the services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Our role

Keen Health is a technology platform. It does not practise medicine or pharmacy. Medical services are provided by Locumtele, LLC and its independent licensed clinicians, who exercise their own professional judgement. Prescriptions, where issued, are dispensed by a licensed U.S. partner pharmacy.

Nothing on the website is medical advice. Use of the services does not create a provider–patient relationship with us; any such relationship is formed with the treating clinician.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where care is offered, and provide accurate, complete information. A clinician may decline to treat you for any clinical reason, and no prescription is issued unless it is clinically appropriate.

Not for emergencies

The services are not for urgent or emergency care. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful health information, follow your clinician’s instructions, report side effects promptly, and not use the services on behalf of another person. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means.

Fees and billing

Fees are shown before you are asked to pay. You are not charged for treatment unless a clinician approves it. Recurring plans renew according to the terms shown at purchase until cancelled. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

The website and its content are owned by Keen Health LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Individual results vary and no outcome is promised.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
