A provider reviews your assessment
An independent licensed provider reviews your information within 24–48 business hours. Approval isn't guaranteed — a provider decides what's right for you.

Approved treatment ships to you
If approved, your treatment ships from a licensed U.S. partner pharmacy. You're only charged once a provider approves your treatment.

If you're not approved

You won't be charged for treatment unless a licensed provider approves it. If treatment isn't right for you, nothing is charged and nothing ships.

A flat $25 shipping fee applies to every order. It is shown as a separate line and is never marked up.
